Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using shogunmass, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately and delete any downloaded outputs.

These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026. shogunmass reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Permitted Use

shogunmass may only be used to process images of yourself or individuals who have provided explicit, documented consent. Use on minors — regardless of consent — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and law enforcement reporting.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any image you upload complies with applicable local, national, and international law. shogunmass does not verify consent on your behalf — that responsibility rests entirely with you.

Generating non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) using shogunmass violates these Terms, violates the platform's abuse policy, and may constitute a criminal offense in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, processing pipelines, and software infrastructure underlying shogunmass are the exclusive intellectual property of shogunmass and its licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the platform.

Liability Limitation

shogunmass provides outputs on an as-is basis. No warranty is made regarding accuracy, fitness for a specific purpose, or uninterrupted availability. The platform's liability cap is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

shogunmass is not liable for any harm arising from your misuse of generated outputs, including but not limited to reputational damage to third parties, emotional distress, or legal consequences you incur.

Third-Party Services

shogunmass integrates with third-party payment processors and analytics providers. These services operate under their own terms. shogunmass is not responsible for their data handling practices beyond what is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Security Obligations

You must not attempt to circumvent age verification, access another user's account, probe server infrastructure, or upload malicious files. Violations trigger immediate termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any original photos you upload. By uploading, you grant shogunmass a limited, temporary license to process the image solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. This license expires when the image is deleted from our servers.

Changes to These Terms

shogunmass will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without notice. The current version is always accessible on this page.
