Data We Collect

shogunmass collects your email address at registration, payment information processed via third-party providers, and images you upload for processing. We do not collect government IDs beyond what age verification requires.

Usage data — including session timestamps, feature interactions, and error logs — is collected automatically to maintain platform performance. This data is anonymized within 90 days.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used for account management, security alerts, and optional product updates. Uploaded images are processed solely to generate your requested output and deleted from our servers within 60 minutes of processing completion.

Cookies

shogunmass uses essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember plan-level preferences. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Optional analytics cookies help us measure which features are used most. You can opt out of these via the cookie preferences panel — your choice is stored for 12 months.

Third-Party Sharing

shogunmass does not sell your personal data. Payment details go directly to our payment processor and are never stored on shogunmass servers. Analytics data shared with third parties is aggregated and stripped of identifiers.

Data Security

All data transmitted to shogunmass is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Stored account data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access to production databases is restricted to two senior engineers and logged on every query.

A third-party security audit was completed in January 2026. The audit report summary is available to enterprise clients upon request.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Submit requests to our privacy contact address and expect a response within 30 days. Account deletion removes all stored data except tr info@shogunmass.com ansaction records required by law.

Third-Party Links

shogunmass pages may link to external sites. This policy does not cover those sites. Review each site's own privacy policy before submitting personal information to them.

Data Retention

Uploaded images: deleted within 60 minutes. Account data: retained while your account is active plus 90 days after deletion. Transaction records: retained for 7 years per financial regulation requirements.

Policy Updates

When this policy changes materially, shogunmass will email registered users at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
